Building Relationships and Illuminating the Darkness with God's Enlightment. We want to build relationships not only with other Christians, but also with those outside of the church. This is a ministry directed towards college age young adults. Those who are married and those who are not, those with children or without. We desire to take the gospel of Jesus Christ out into our community and illuminate this dark world. We have a heart for evangelism and desire to see people come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. In Matthew 5:14-16, Jesus tells us that we are the "light of the world" and that we should "let our good deeds shine out for all to see." That is the kind of example that we want to be to this world. A light shining in the darkness. A light that leads people to eternal life, which can only be found in Jesus Christ. Please come and be a part of all God is doing. BridgeBuilders Worship Band
Bridgebuilders Worship Band leads worship every Wednesday night. Band members include Jon Cox (guitar/vocals), Tony Evans (guitar), Nathan Brand (Guitar), Holly Johnson (keyboard), Becky Stewart (vocals), Liz Evans (vocals), Josh Bailey & Josh Davis (drums/percussion).
Angel Food Ministry
Bridgebuilders is involved with Angel Food Ministries. Angel Food is a non-profit organization that provides grocery relief for people in over 32 states. They buy food from first rate suppliers at substantial volume discounts. Distribution of the food is channeled through churches and community organizations. They are able to provide families with approximately $60 worth of groceries for just $30. There is no income requirement; cash, checks, and LINK cards are accepted. Tara Davis is the Host Site Director of this ministry. All questions should be directed toward her @ taravic_00@yahoo.com. Bridgebuilders is excited about this opportunity to be a blessing to Calvary Life Church and our community.
Prayer
